I gave them some privacy, of course. :)
No really - I broiled them, peeled the skin off, mushed them up, sauteed them with garlic, cumin, onion (?)... um, took off the burner, added a squeeze of lemon and some cayenne and ate on crackers with probably a hummus.
I didn't grow these - the farmer down the road did. But one day... maybe...
